Our first Kickstarter campaign gave us a good idea of the type of support we should aim to raise. We also have more printing options for the children's book I Know You Love Me Mommy and Daddy which will be a benefit if we are able to raise a small amount or more.
Read MoreOur busy weeks are over. We were able to stay in Arkansas longer than we had first expected. Shortly after we returned from our trip, we prepared for a church family conference. Then some of us caught a slight bit of the illness that was going around amongst our friends and church members.

Unfortunately, most people associate the head with greater honor and assume that the wife will be trampled under the husband's feet if he is actually her head. Balancing Ephesians 5:23 with 1 Peter 3:7 really sheds some light on this subject, though. Peter wrote, "Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered."
